All our rooms are fully furnished with air-conditioning, quality beds, personal desks, smart storage and free wifi (upgraded to TM Unifi)

Residence student committee and pastoral care partnerships to ensure you receive the best possible living experience and support

Shuttle

Door to door shuttle service to UTAR making it easy to get to lectures

Our Rooms

Standard single (From RM 220 per month): Two separate bedrooms sharing one bathroom, kitchen and dining area

Ensuite (From RM 350 per month): Personal bathroom with a shared kitchen and dining area

Studio (From RM 460 per month): Our biggest space, with fitted kitchenette, study area and smart storage
